| The '61-'62 table is a different shape than the '63-'65 table. |

Alex I don't have the measurements for your table 63s' take the same ol' same table... so you'll have to hit up a 61-62 owner sorry.
The one on the left is for SO-34 / SO-35, the one on the right is from a early Bay Westy. The formica is the same.
The late table is rectangular with curved corners, while the early table has a slight curve to the sides, very Jetsons. Also, the late table is both shorter and narrower than the early one, making it tricky to cut a more common late table into the correct shape and size for the less common early table
The late SO-34 table is larger than the bay version or SO-42 version, but rectangular. I think there is a comparison pics around somewhere. I remember it being in a thread. |

Kris, It looks great. Alot of hard work ,sweat, and ever more beer put into that bus so far I'm sure! Is your painted yet? I am waiting to see pics. Its so close.
I haven't been doing much to mine. Redoing some rubber issues. Front doors, sub-hatch.

yeah yeah, kris got his bus painted this weekend and it looks great, shiny, clean and all that good stuff...
and while he was admiring that i was puttin' in some quality time on his new project...
a pretty original very complete mango survivor bus...we hung the bumpers, installed the tranny/e-brake cables,
installed some interior panels/seats along with other misc pieces and it's starting to look like it could be a keeper??? |

nah, he wouldn't do that but since kris hasn''t posted any of his pics of his flipseat i thought i would...
he's also done some more work on the '59 mango...he welded in the bulkhead so the front seat can sit in there and he's been talking about that original upholstery front seat for sale right now...
that one shot is of his buses and some bugs that are just kickin' it in his yard...the blue one is an indigo blue that just sits there but the green one is a '54 my buddy and i drug home (to kris' house) from park city not too long ago...
paul's flip seat is coming along pretty well too...he's got bumpers hung, a rear hatch and a sub hatch attached recently and now he's taking some much needed time off to head to oregon to work on his church bus...
since these two can't seem to update this thread, i'll try to do what i can...i've even threatened them with posting pics of my L345 kombi on here and chances are it will make an appearance soon... |
