| I picked up this 412 in early November. I am still wondering if I want to get it running or keep it. I managed to aquire a Clymer manual but Clymer leaves much to be desired. Is a Bentley manual available and if so, can I expect to be robbed if I want to buy one? |

No Bentley available for the T4 to the best of my knowledge. The Bentley for the 68-79 bus will cover the engine for you and the Bentley for the T3 will cover the automatic.
I have a Haynes that covers the just the T4 and several other manual that I picked up on eBay that do a good job as well. |

| I was kind of afraid that that would be the answer. I would have thought that VW would produce something for this car. No, it wasn't a huge seller but still... |

| Clymer made a T4 manual, too. The usual Clymer "quality" but it should have photos and specs that would be useful. |
