| Drove my 68 campmobile about 200 miles a couple of weeks ago and on the way home he began to run a little funny. if i give it more than just a little gas it boggs down and feels/sounds like it's going to die, but doesn't. if i stay in the throttle it will eventually even out and run fine until you shift gears or give it more throttle then it does it again. if you set the idle speed cam higher it takes off fine. and if you slowly take off it will go, but it acts like it wants to stall when i first take off. sound like the carb? thanx |

Yeah sounds like the carb, cut still could be something else...
Starting with the carb..
I would first check the accel pump and see if it is squirting, then see if it ( the shooter tube) is clogged or if the brass squirter tube has fallen out completely... |
