Does anyone know if the original sunroofs came with any kind of rubber seal to keep them from leaking? If so, is there anywhere I could get such a seal? Also, is there headliner material on the underside of these sunroofs? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The sunroof is designed not to leak by virtue of a gutter that runs around the periphery of the opening. The seal you are thinking of is primarily to prevent air leaks. If your sunroof is leaking, you may find that the drain hoses are clogged with debris, this fills up the gutters and overflows into the interior. The Bentley manual does not go into drain hose locations, but you should be able to sight them. Look for inexplicable piping in the front wheel wells, I can't tell you to flood the roof with water to see where the roof drains drain, because if yours are clogged. . . A speedometer cable chucked to a slow speed drill might be gentle enough to roto-rooter the drains, I would go to a junk yard and see if I could find a stripped down sunroof bus to see exactly how it is plumbed.
The headliner attaches to a removeable panel that clips to the sliding steel roof section at the front. It slides in a track that can only be disassembled after the steel roof panel is removed. Gitcherself a manual.
A properly functioning steel roof with fresh headliner is a beautiful thing.
