Ok, let me be the first to say that I'm not an expert of any kind at all. However, I love old TVs and radios and own a couple of them. My pride and joy is this 1949 Admiral Triple Thrill TV/Radio/phonograph that has been in my family since 1949. I still have every single original scrap of paperwork for it, including the tear-offs behind the knobs an the showroom tag, too. It even still works, kinda.

I also have this old Philco AM radio I got from my neighbors (they were gonna throw it out!!!!!)

Here is my 1924 Atwater Kent model 10B, my oldest radio. It really does work, although it is a lousy radio. I have several other AK's but they are all newer models.

Im restoring a 1949 General electric 10T4 television right now , I bought in october for $ 100.00 and Canada post dropped it and bent the chassis
I had insurance on it and ended up that I got 95.00 out of them for the damages , so I really paid 4.99 for it  , and had the sraighten the chassis .
It's a 10" round screen table model with a wood cabinet .
I also have a 1954 Crosley 17" with a blonde oak cabinet and the matching stand .
And a 1958 Philips 21 floor model
Lots of vintage television test equipment , mostly Heathkit and B&K stuff , old TV and radio book , boxes of tubes .
Lots of late 1940s early 1950s bakelite table radios .

Mink , your Admiral is neat . nice to see the OG tags around arter this long 8)

Here is my Zenith floor standing radio. it currently sits at my grandmas house still though. it is a pre WW2 radio, and all of the channel tabs on it(or whatever you want to call them) are set to Chicago radio stations of that time ERA. On the bottom left and right hand side, are compartments to hold records. Currently some new in package Elvis records, and big band/chamber music records are in there. The top cover lifts up to expose the record player. It's quite a unique piece, and quite rare. Probably is worth a lot of money, but I will never sell it!

My inlaws are supposed to give us some sort of old Victrola unit sometime. Also, I have a small Zenith table top radio I got form my great-grandma.

I like old radios!

A few years back I went throught the building that housed a radio and tv museum in ct. Very cool display section, There was a workshop where these guys were restoring old record player/radio/tv combinations, and what seemed like acres of electronica in the back rooms.

Great photos!

I love old radios too, in fact this past weekend I finally moved an old upright that my grandpop bought in the 1950's to my house.

I also have an Arvin 441T "Hopalong Cassidy" radio that was my Dad's.

I'll get some photos up soon.

I thougt I was the only one doing this...i have 30+ sets from the 30's to the mid 50's. I like the art deco look. I have 2 Zenith Trans-Oceanic SW portables that work. It is neat to listen to Germany.... I'll try to post some pic next week!

I have a TV from 1966 that still turns on but it's fuzzy. Supposedly "needs a new vertical tube" whatever that is. It's the same year as my Bus. It came with the original warranty sticker on the back, expired in 1967. I picked it up for $10 at a thrift store. It's an RCA Victor in almost mint condition, except it doesn't work. Not a scratch on it though.

I've got a bunch of old vacuum tubes (some good, some bad) if anyone is interested. PM me for details.

I've got a Majestic brand wooden AM radio in the shape of a sailing ship. It has metal "sails" and they are the antenna for the radio. It is very old and still works fine. I have no idea when it was made.
As a ham radio operator, I have many radios and test equipment but the sailing ship radio is the only old radio I have.

I'm into vintage tube electronics primarily tube guitar amps although if it's tube I'm interested. I'm probably as well stocked with NOS tubes and vintage electronics as I am with VW stuff.

Those old tube radios aren't nearly loud enough. It's too dark in my living room for a pic but I run a pair of Voice of Theaters driven by Dynaco amps.

Remember when CDs came out and everyone dumped their vintage gear for stuff that was "digital ready"? Now all that old stuff is worth some bucks because it is in fact "digital ready".

Great stuff, everyone - I love it! Uzi, if I had that clock, it'd be on my shop wall in a second - that thing is sweet. 8)

Here's my '65 DD panel. I have documentation indicating it was used for a TV repair shop in rural North Dakota from '65-'69. None of the TV stuff came with it, I found most of it on that well known auction site.

After showing the bus this way a few times, people started offering me old TV stuff and asking if I repaired them:)
