| heres the problem, i have a 71 westy with a 5x112 bolt pattern, i want to move to a five spoke wheel, i've been told that the american eagle repro wheels will not support the wieght of a van and i can't seem to get a straight answer out of anybody if the empi five spokes will fit or what i'll have to do get them to fit (ie. drilling rotors, adapters &co) so some help would be aprreciated |

| you will need adapters, and empi 5-spokes work fine on a bus, there are tons of them running arond with them on. |

hold out a couple of months and put on some BRM's w/o any adapters etc. They told me they'd have them in the spring from UK. |

http://www.customspeedparts.com/ This place has empi 5 spoke repro wheels with a 112 bolt pattern like the later buses. I think they are a lil more but at least you don't have to buy adapters and its probobly safer not to run with adapters. Hope this helps

| the 5x112 size is common on audi turbo models the cookie cutter wheel is the best looking one the rims will require some clearancing on the center hub for the fronts do it yourself or call a wheel refinisher they can probably do it |
