Putting the motor back together on my resto project. 1973 1600 dual port with early alt/volt reg. Went to put the carb back on today and noticed the screw on the acc. pump linkage is hitting the alt. I dont think this hit before I tore it down. The card is a 34 pict3. Ideas? |

Where can I purchase a spacer? Or could I buy some gasket material and cut out 4-5 and put them together with gasket sealer? |

if you got a stud and nut on your manifold put a washer on and it will give you a 1/16 or more if you need |

[]Thanks for pointing toward the spacer. Would I need to put longer studs on the carb base? CP1 does'nt tell how thick the spacer is.[/b] |
