Can you identify this plate? The story with the car was that it was on a military base in Germany at some point, and the soldier brough it home.

Standard US Forces in Germany plate issued in the 80's and 90's. They were issued only to active duty military and DOD employees.

Yep, it's mine. Was on the car when I got it. I got it from a friend who got it from a friend, etc, so I wasn't positive about the story of the last registered owner bringing the car back from Germany. Odd thing is, I believe it is a US car, and it was registered in TExas years ago. I guess he bought it here shipped it over there and then back here. It has remnants of a 1993 Texas inspection sticker on it, but no Texas license plates.

Which car did those come on Robb?

The square. I've had it for a couple of years, but I'm just now really starting to resurrect it as the weather gets warmer. I hope to take it on it's first voyage since at least '93 this spring. I'm pretty sure I've got the troubleshooting on the EFI done, just need to replace the injectors and she should run on her own, then brakes. (the engine runs, just no squirting from the injectors)

I'm looking for a matching set of Cali' plates, for a '67 bug.

I can swop some South African plates. Anyone interested? :)
