OK Guys this year we have rented a bouncerbus inflatable cool jumper that looks like a vw bus & a self serve slushy machine for Friday & Saturday. Visit www.bouncebus.com for pics & more info.
We'll have a race of somesort. Tring to find a two lane slip-n-slide. That way the kids & adults (if wanted) can race on that.
We will have a coloring contest of VW related vehicles. There will be 3 age groups to make it fair with 1 winner from each group winning.
Planing another annual scavenger hunt so all you campers beware :wink:
I promise it wont be that bad on you guys though.
I appreciate all that donated stuff to the kids the last two years with the scavenger hunt and hope you don't mind tring to give them little stuff again this year. If you can try and bring some odd ball little things thats tiny and want to let me know what ahead of time I could use the help in compleing a list for them.
I look forward to seeing all of you again this year at our Annual Blackstar Campout if you have any questions or comments on the kids activities or want to donate prizes or money for them please let me know.

Count Mike & I in on the cookoff.
Just a reminder on Saturdays cookoff- It is a potluck event that includes everyone in bringing food to help feed all that want to participate and/or just eat the food. If you do not enter the dutch oven cookoff but want to eat please bring some sort of dish to the event to share in the pot luck dinner.

| Ok I just bought a two sided slip-n-slide & all the prizes for the kids events at toys-r-us. We are good to go for great fun & cool prizes for the youngsters now. I hope they like what I picked out. |

I just wanted to share that this year I will be coming to Blackstar in my very own Bus.
We just bought me a 1965 Dove Blue Kombi Walk Thru & thanks to my hubby, Steve Ford, Johnny Salazar & the Mentone Beach Boys it is up & running ready for our campout weekend. :lol:
I can't wait :!:
This will be my 1st campout with a bus of my very own \:D/ :bus_blue: |
