| can any uk folk tell me if i need the vw birth certificate when registering my bus in uk after importing it from the usa,what else is required please. |

If you have proof that the age of the bus is say 68 you have the us title or paperwork to definatly say the age ,then no you dont need a birthcert .Igot one but then looked on the side of my bus (from Cali)a plate with the year and vin number on :roll: could have saved myself £30
you need insurance on the chassis number a valid mot proof of import tax been paid ,or you can sign a form to say it has been paid :D
