Legal disclaimer: I realize that this is the Thing forums and that OCTO is for buses but...
there's gotta be a few of you (like me) that are into both.
Anyway, I'm planning on driving the 63 bus in the gate (cuz they won't let me drive the 74 Thing in). Usually, I spend much of the time cruising the swap area for parts. Obviously it 90% bus stuff but this time I'll be looking for Thing parts too. Specifically, I'm looking for:
-clean, straight hood (no rust, tweaks or dents)
-all three dash panels (with og speedo, switches and guages)
-pass. side mirror
-hard top in good condition
-gas heater
-rear swing-out tire rack
and any other "goodies" I can find.
