| I've got a 77 westy, Im planning on repainting the bumpers and pop top soon. What kind of paint should I use for the roof, and how should I prepare it and what not? Are there any certain things I should do like prime it? If you have a good color of white of a certian brand of paint that you've found to work really good, could you through that my way too. Thanks |

There are two articles on http://www.type2.com/
Go to the section called Library. Then select CAMPER from the alphabetical list. Scroll down to the part that says
Pop-up Tops, Camper Beds, Cots, Hammocks:
Scroll down a bit farther and you will find.
Fiberglass Pop Top Painting by Brian Hoare
Fiberglass Pop Top Restoration by John Anderson
I've bought the materials that Brian Hoare recommends, but haven't tried the job yet.
Gool luck. |
