Ev -
From within the forums, what do you think about placing the original post date above the author in the author column as in the last post column?
I think it would be advantageous to see when old threads pop back up so you are drawn to them to read the information update or followup question.

| I can see how this might be informative but anything posted to will still be at the top. |

I just think it would be cool - for example several old threads popped up today and it would be neat to be able to see that they were old threads that new questions or information has been added to the thread, as opposed to skipping them over if it doesnt directly relate to information you are seeking at that particular time. But for those of us that are learning, it would be a signal to check that thread again for new information when it might be dismissed.
And I know first hand you have no problem grabbing a Taco Bell taco. |

I switched it to look like the next version of the Forums.
Underneath.
Not sure I totally like it though as the thread title don't stand out as much. |

Maybe one font size bigger on the title? |

Actually in hindsight that would be a hinderance to dialup users with less posts per page and more refreshing. Maybe a different color? I really like the way it looks, but need to stand out the title more - in agreement there. |

The font size wouldn't affect the # of posts per page but the next font size looks a bit strange.
I de-emphasized the username underneath the title so the title stands out more. |

| In my opinion for whatever its worth, I like it better the way it was. New set up is very busy with that much text bunched together. Again, just an opinion. Maybe a poll would support better opinions on new format test. |

It does look busy, but in 20 minutes since the change I am already adjusted to the new look.
I just think it would be valuable to see older post dates that have been refreshed with new information that may have been skipped over by a casual browser - but then again this is just my opinion. |

I increased and decreased some stuff.
You might have to hit refresh to reload the style sheet.
Let me know... |

I dont want to be responsible for upsetting folks - so maybe stay with the change for a day or so and post a poll for folks reaction/feedback. |

| It might look a little less crowded with just the original post date and not the time. I'm not sure original post time is particularly valuable. |

Now that's tuning on the fly! :)
I like it this way much better, FWIW. |
