Updated the dispute with paypal to full blow claim,still no reply.
Im reasonable but if you dont reply I cant work anything out and thats just how it goes.

Great news paypal settled on my behalf too bad there was only $9.91 in his account.
Unless Mr. Fox decides to return the money I doubt anything will ever be resolved.

I really do apreciate EverettB for stepping in and trying to help make this right. I guess only honest people can be influenced to do the right thing.
This is a great place to buy and sell vw goods. Dont let this guy influence your decision to do business here. Most folks are honest and upfront on this site. This guy just happens to be one who wasnt.

At least he's gone from here or hiding under another name. Buyers beware of Brad Fox he has been ripping people off for awhile now. another member sent me an email of one of his craigslist ads so he's still out there pulling the same crap.
