It will probably take 2-3 hours.

They are but unfortunately that piece has to propagate too as it's a different web address. The pics seem be going on and off for me at times. |

Everett,
The site is super quick now. I usually start off with 7 Firefox tabs set to different parts of the site.
They are all opening and fully rendering w/in 2 seconds of opening the bookmark group.
It took forever for the updated DNS to propagate to my neck of the Internet... stupid FiOS ;) |

I don't think so.
If you are windows, you could try running
ipconfig /flushdns
from the start -> run menu to reset your computer's list of ip addresses. |
