I need to replace the rear shocks on my 70 Transporter, what are the best ones? I found a thread here earlier stating what ones where best but cannot find it now. Thanks in advance

The best ones that I have used on both of my buses are the heavy duty KYB shocks they are white, I use the other KYB shocks on the front they are silver and work great. The ones in the rear also I used to raise the rear of my buses to be able to see the horizon and not pavement in the rear mirror!! Good luck.

Same here.
I have KYB GR-2 on front and Gas-a-just on the rear. If you put Gas-a-just up front your handling will improve quite a bit but the ride will be too harsh (you'll feel every bump). Bus Depot warns they are very stiff in their catalog:

| I used the white monroe shocks from partsamerica.com. The work awsome and only cost $11 each. Can't beat that deal. |
