OK I got two threads going here, but these are the only two problems and this is the major one...the bus made it 2100 miles from Oceanside, CA to Memphis, TN so it's not doing too badly...but, when I first drove it it seemed to lean left as I went into curves, especially downhill curves, and of course having not driven a bus in a while, and that being an 84 with power steering, I just played with how to control it...well, that's fine, but now that it's home, I want to correct the problem. The left shock seems to be ok and the prvious owner says it has 5,000 miles on new shocks...he seemed to think it was a tie rod or some sort of "piston thing" under the bus...well, I've look in the manual and the idiot's guide and can't find anything that describes that piston thing and there does not seem to be tie rod or ball joint play...any ideas..

what's down there and in what order should I start replacing things??/

Did you take the shocks off and compression them by hand to make sure?

No I did not. I jumped up and down on the side entry and watched for rebound...would a bad shock cause this problem?
