Does anybody have a Sermons of Bob Hoover CD to sell or know where I can get one? Does anyone know what happened to Bob Hoover (not the test pilot guy)?
Thanx |

| I too wouldn't mind an original CD. However, if you have access to a reasonably fast internet connection and a CD burner, you can "roll your own" Bob Hoover CD. Simply get yourself a copy of HTTrack, install it on your computer, run it and point it to the web address above to mirror the entire site and thus capture all the sermons, and then burn the mirrored site onto a CD. |

Rob
I would like to pay him for a CD. Do you think he would still sell me one? I also heard that he is working on a book. Do you know anything about it?
Thanks everybody

tellis: I don't think the site contains all of the sermons on the original CD - but not 100% sure on that. teuton: I doubt he would - he pulled most of his stuff off the web and stopped selling the CD, I hear, because of all the hate-mail and threats he got because of it. Lotta sickos out there. As to the book: god I hope so. I told him he should really do that, he writes so well, but he didn't give a positive response. He did mention that some of his stuff has been read into the Congressional Record, though.
What you should do is ask him. He is very forthcoming (although he doesn't suffer idiots very well - this from first-hand experience). His email isn't hard to find, but you'll have to find it yourself (sorry).
You know: I'd like a copy of that CD too, now that I think of it. |
