| Start calling Bone Yards, you might need to call all over Cal., Nevada, Arizona, but they are out there. Also, try Corvair web sites. |

That's an interesting old van. I think it is legit, doesn't look the part of a molester van in any way. Where can I learn more about them?
Are there some good places in the back to mount restraints? Like for handcuffs and stuff? |

Really. This is the "OFF TOPIC" forum. Besides, a Corvair is at least aircooled. |

There is a place in MA that has 1/2 doz or more full of Corvair parts. The guy that owns them started collecting way back when. When you do a search for Corvairs the name should come up, I can't remember it at the moment. The name of the company is Clark's Corvair Parts, it is in Shelborne Falls, MA. Tha van in the pictures was a stock option. I once saw a picture of a motorcycle jumping through one.
Good luck,
David |

Back in the 60's chevy made 2 types of corvair vans, the Corvair Greenbrier (it had upto 13 windows) and mine the Corvan (panel) Chevy also made the sportvan but it had its engine between the driver and passenger seats, and it had up to 15 windows. beleave it or not they also made a corvair motor home called the Corvair UltraVan, check that thing out! Its awsome! |
