| and the PO sprayed foam inside the heater channels and in the quater pannels....the heater channels are perfect. he just filled them up. any idea on how to get it out without cutting them off |

Acetone? Heat? Drill all of the spot welds on the bottom plate out and remove the bottom piece to dig all of the foam out???

Gasoline disolves styrofoam.
Call the company that makes the foam, they can tell you how to disolve it.
Dow Chemical makes Great Stuff.
