| Hey guys, having a little problem with my 55. Yesterday while driving around I noticed I couldn't shift from 2nd to 3rd or 4th. So I get home and loosen up the shifter to try & adjust it...still didn't help. So then I pull the shifter out to check inside. 1st off, when I pull the shifter should I be able to see anything in the hole besides the cuppler that the shifter sits in. The reason I ask is I can see a tube to the right of the cuppler...I'm assuming thats the clutch tube & it probably shouldn't be right there. Any help or guidance you guys can give will be greatly appreciated. |

| how was ur bushing at the rear that hooks to the tranny that came loose on me and i couldnt find any gears probably not much help but check it out |

This is my 53 .the tube looks close on mine as well but is not a problem.The rod is for the handbrake .
