| I used a newer bus master cylinder in a 67 and made a ½" spacer between the master cylinder and where it mounts so I could use the 67 rod. But what have other people done to get the boot to fit. With the spacer there isn't anything on the master cylinder for the large end of the boot to slide over. |

| did you make your own spacer or buy one of the kits? I used the kit and the spacer has a groove on the back to accept the boot. Boot goes on the MC, spacer fits over the boot then the whole thing bolts in. If you don't have the groove on the back of the spacer I don't think the boot will work. |

I made my own spacer.
I might have to find pictures of a spacer and modify the one I made to hold the boot. |
