And the only reason women take so long is because they are trying to look good for you guys. Otherwise it would be coveralls, workboots, and giant floppy hats. All the time.

Is that Licence plate completely a prop? Or as some of you call it; a "tag".
Anyway it is a good effort--usually ads use a bus. I was hoping to see more shots of it in the paper catalog (MY WIFE GETS IT, OK?) but its all wicker, candles and pillows in a cottage.

the car is a 69 and is actually repainted the cream color from the new beetles. i just bought it. they photoshopped the car the light blue for some reason. it is the one listed here: http://www.thesamba.com/vw/classifieds/detail.php?id=649390

Very nice! 8) My 69 doesn't have those chrome grills on the front? What are they for? :?

they were apparently for dealer or port installed ac systems. unfortunately, that is the only part of the ac system that is left. there are a couple threads on here that briefly discuss the system. i kinda dig the grills. wont see too many around with them, especially not here.
