| I have a 98 diesel jetta with a injection issue. The car runs fine for a mile or two and then looses power and feels like the turbo quits. If you turn the car off and then on again it must reset something because it runs fine again for another mile or two. The check engine light came on and the codes read, p0605 Internal control module rom malfunction, and p1155 manufacturer controlled fuel and air metering. I checked the timing belt condition and alignment, cleaned out the intake. I sprayed brake cleaner around all the injector unions and intake hoses for vacuum leaks. I feel like it could be the computer because it resets with the key being turned off and on. Any suggestions would really help. |
