so someone who wants to rent it would first have to register it themselves in the uk? sounds like a great plan.

surely if you registered it yourself then it wouldn't be difficult to sell over there? assuming that the £4k deposit is what you value it at. it looks good for a £4k UK bus.

Hallo there, I dont bother registering it in the UK, for a few reasons, Im not a resident in the UK and I never want to be ;)
and on top of that the uk road tax is highest in EU, Id rather pay the polish tax/mendatory insureance, with the clients own insureance extension existant in Uk and other EU countries.

Yes I value the bus at 4 thou, as this is what I payed for it,
Id like to gain about 30% on it and it doesnt matter if it will be by renting it or selling,

best is that it servs someone for the summer, rather than sitting still collecting UK rust ;)

by the way I found some other aircooled rental firms in the UK, but they are expansive and not much vw oriented owners, just camper rentals...
