I want to put pics of my 73 i just bought but when i try, im told the image is to big how do i make it to the right size to post :?

im kinda comp illeterate, sorry, the pics are not posted on internet any where so???? how do i go about that??

If it's a pic of your VW, you can use the samba gallery to upload the pictures. See the 2nd post in the first link I posted.

I downloaded the image resizer, and cant figure out how to transfer pics from my pics that are on comp. to the resizer, its a damn mess

Just open the picture you want to resize, put the mouse pointer over the picture, right click, and when that little menu pops up, left click on "resize picture".

Anybody know how to get rid of the message - "Image may have been reduced in size. Click image to view fullscreen" , when the mouse cursor is on the pic? Its very annoying to have it pop up all the time.

You can't, that is the "alternate" text if someone has images turned off in their browser. Most browsers show the alt text if you hover over the image.
