Might it be worth to test redline MTL-gear box oil for split to reduce noise + better shift handling?

I used that for many years in my watercooled VWs. Its very good.
I might try it in my split to see if I can shave a couple minutes off my 1/4 mile times at the drag strip when ripping through those (non synchro) gears.... :wink: |

| I used this in my other vehicle a 2003 car and it made a drastic differance...shifts like butter now I would say give it a shot. but then again isn't it synthetic? |
