Thou shall provide a clue in the heading of your post as to where said rally is.
Apparently, it is in Flanders, New Jersey (wherever that is).
(ahh! changed! Thanks!) |

| You can't beat a show that is tucked away in the woods, and has a club house on site serving brats, and Spaten! Seriously people, if you have not come to this show, you have been missing out. It's very laid back, great location, and the procedes go to charity, so everyone wins. |

| This is a fantastic show. I brought my girlfriend last year and some friends the year before who could care less about VWs and both had a blast. The crowd camping out Saturday night hanging out at the clubhouse / campsites are a blast. I think my favorite part of this show is the relaxed feel it has. It's almost like having a VW show in a summer camp locale. Defintely worth checking out, you won't be disappointed. |

Actually, it is EXACTLY like that, because its a summer camp locale.
I just love the clubhouse. Good food and great beer at reasonable prices.
No air conditioning, it is a total throwback to 1965.
If anyone is thinking about attending, do it.
This place is a gem in the hills of North Jersey, and it won't be around forever. Real Estate Values, Insurance, and Aging German Club Membership mean this may become a thing of the past.
Grab the experience while you can. |
