That car must have one hell of a narrow beam to tuck 5 spokes like that!
And I agree with keeping the hood. It's different and cool as an oldschool aftermarket piece. |

If it were mine, I would ditch that hood because I think it looks stupid as fuck. I would take the gauges and install them in the radio hole which is already hacked to shit. I'd probably take a thick sheet of aluminum, cut holes in it for the gauges, then shape it nicely and stick it over the dash to cover that horrible radio hole. And then I'd put the radio in the glovebox and call it a day. Also, if you're going to run such a narrowed beam, you're going to have to lower the car about a foot to make it look decent.
You asked for opinions, so there it is.
Oh, and like someone said, if you decide to keep the Mulholland hood, you should at least paint a stock one along side it, so that when you come to your senses it'll be easy to fix your bug. |

^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Now thats why I love this place  "mulholland" thats just good comedy. That radio hole is going to be fixed hence the BODY and paint comment in my first post. Just waiting on my drop spindles to get it down more, as its already rubbing the back of my modified headlight buckets... and I'm married with 2 young kids so my senses are LONG gone. :? |

| IMO I think a stock hood would look better once everything is finished on that car. If I know you, that car's going to be nice someday; and once you've painted it that guage scoop is going to stick out like a sore thumb. |

| I like the hood. Better than modifying the dash, because if you change your mind you just swap hoods. |

| Well, yes the dash was hacked but at least that space could be used for the radio, and the rest of the dash left alone by keeping the gauges in the pod on the hood. |

Or, like I suggested in my opinion, the gauges could be put into the radio hole, thereby NOT cutting up the dash any more than it already is. So what was your point again, or did you just fail to comprehend what I was saying? |

Yes, oh, yes, you are right. Forgive me for not comprehending your point the first time around. Thank you for pointing out my dimness. My very existence fades into nothingness in the brilliance of your shining wit and wisdom. |

| Roachghia, it's unnecessary to be condescending when someone doesn't pick up on a point you make. Nonetheless I should have just admitted I missed your point. Sorry for the childish reaction. |
