If she really likes the car and doesn’t care if it’s been hit she needs to at least renegotiate the price or bring it back. Tell here to bring a lawyer if they don’t take the car back. That usually will get things rolling because they know you mean business.

| Look....go and fill the gas tank up. Get a spare key made. Park the car at a shopping center with the keys in it. Wait one day after it's gone. Then call the police :lol: |

| She contacted her lawyer who reviewed all her documents, including the Carfax. Lawyer contacted the dealer and after a couple of calls back and forth the dealer had her return the vehicle and they gave her a complete refund. Case closed. |
