FYI
I just got my wide 5 smoothies back from Bolton's Classic Wheels in CA. Man, superfast turnaround. Great to deal with. Less than 2 weeks total from my shipping to receipt of widened wheels. sent them just the centers.
Very reasonably priced.

do you have any more contact information for this company? the wheels look great!!
what offset / back spacing did you go with and will they fit under the rear fenders on the back of a beetle? |

I requested standard original factory backspace. I believe it is 3 3/8. I left that to them. I assumed they had the info readily available. I have not double checked.
google the Herbie website. That is where I got info. They used 14x6 and 15x 6 on Herbie cars depending which version.
