saw this 56 body on ebay. Said what the hell i'll get outbid anyway so i bid $180. Well i won the auction for $177.5 :shock: We got there and realized that the guy had no idea what he had. Turns out he just bought it for the frame it was sitting on and started the auction at .99
you get some interesting looks when you have a bug in the bed of your truck. my favorite was when we stopped at the gas station and the woman started going on about how cool volkswagens were and the proceeded to tell me what i "needed" to do with my car. and then asked us if we were nazis
the vents are still there po just welded plates over them why i have no idea

Given it's current condition, whatever you do with it could be considered a "save".
That is untill it's done and everyone yells at you for ruining a perfectly good oval. :roll: :lol: |

yeah i'll be waiting for all the "omg i can't believe you screw up that oval." comments. seeing as i am going to drop it on an s-10 frame with an exposed 383 stroker motor out front. :P |
