we went to the classic this year then drove over to vegas.
went the back way home (BC) through nevada then idaho.we kept seeing large gopher looking things along the hiway.
i thought marmot or badger but was not sure what they were,can someone clue me in:)

| I have 40 acres just 5 miles south of the airport in Boise. There is no irrigation on it, so the place is infested with badgers and whistlepigs (small groundhog/gopher like animals). I've seen quite a few badgers squished on I-84 between Boise and Rupert. |

My dog always tries to eat em when we go down to the river. They look harmless enough to her, but she doesn't quite understand that they live in a fucking hole in the ground and she lives in a house.

it was definatly close to Boise there just seemed to be a ton of them in a stretch.
