I have 40 acres just 5 miles south of the airport in Boise. There is no irrigation on it, so the place is infested with badgers and whistlepigs (small groundhog/gopher like animals). I've seen quite a few badgers squished on I-84 between Boise and Rupert.

Rock Chuck!

(Marmots)

My dog always tries to eat em when we go down to the river. They look harmless enough to her, but she doesn't quite understand that they live in a fucking hole in the ground and she lives in a house.
