I just bought a clock for my Split Beetle. The facia is a little rusted. I wonder where I can buy a new facia for it. I know a place where they sell facias for pre 1949 speedometers (http://www.split49.de/index43.htm), but I don't think they sell this one.
Can anybody help me with this?

You can get a sticker from bbt in belgium and I know others stock them too (karmann Konnection in the UK)
Never tried one but can't be too hard! Let me know how it goes, need to do my speedo

North Hollywood Speedometer did my zwitter speedo face and it was fantastic. When I got the face back it was beyond my expectations. Check them out.

| Couod someone "school me" on the proper way to wind one of these clocks. I do not want to overwind but want to keep it wound for the maximum duration. Is it 8 Days? or lesss. |
