The rear cross member on my car is knackered and needs replacing. (That's the bit under the rear seat with the heater pipes coming out of them). I'm thinking of looking for someone cutting up an old beetle and using theirs. What years are compatible with an April 1955 bug.
Hope I've made that clear enough.
