| Sweet ride there GermanBay. Is your back bench secured just to the wood frame under it? That is a cool idea. 8) |

It's secured at 3 points: 2 aluminium bars for the lower part, fixed direct to the walls an on the wheelhouses (red arrows) and one big steel bar for the back with the seatbelts on it. Impossible to make it convertable for a bed :-)

Very nice bud!!
Quick question about the engine bay though...what's that little square box in the front? And all those fat orange tubes...are those fuel or wire holders? If they're wire conduits, geez, I like very much!! Could you point me to where you got them from? |

Thanks for sharing that. Looks like a nice sturdy install.

I'm willing to bet that it is plastic wire loom . I know AutoZone sometimes has it. JC Whitney sells it too for a resonable price. |

This box is just a breather, connected to the crankcase and the two valve caps.
The orange tubes are only for wires; I tried to tidy up the engine bay a little bit, so you can't see any single wires there, except of the wires for the distributor and the ignition wires of course.
As "gmag69" already said: I jused "plastic wire loom", that I bought in a normal building center, veeeery cheap :)

Good Lord, GermanBay!
I think this may be the first bay I've ever seen that bears a striking resemblance to a luxury car!
Nice work |

That's a racing grill. I attached it, because the metal sheet behind the vent didn't look good. I don't have any cooling problems with it so far.

It is just paint. I had a sticker that I tried to melt onto that surface it was metalic, looked like shit and did not work so well. So i painted the inside of the sticker, let it dry then pulled it off. It worked really well.
The wheels are wide five, American Eagle.
Thanks so much I love it. My stress is gone the second I drive my bus. :) |

| Oh, the black is paint also. The headliner is commercial bathroom wall liner that was white and I painted it black with a roller. The peace sign is really a cream color to match the rest of the bus. Everyone told me not to use the bathroom stuff and It worked perfect. I Love it. |
