Yeah,Tram and buddies, thanks for remembering.
My family is okay. But Sharky2 and out 1302s were exposed to the typoon because the box type Pajero was in the carport being painted. Mickey ('67 KG) was okay too.
Sharky 2 was out of the carport the whole time it rained. And she was practically covered by leaves for trees. I tried to cover her but it was useless. What is worth is that Sharky 1 was parked outside our house and she was really flooded!
There was a commercial vessel that sank somewhere in the Visayan Seas. 700 people are reported to have perished in the sea. Some were rescued.
Some provinces were devastated! Some remained unpassable and to means of communication.
We were supposed to hold a VW gathering yesterday which incluled Photo exhibits and contest of vee-dubs ~~~~~ unfortunately, it was postponed. Hopefully,it will be held next week, until further notice. |

I am OK. My house is on pretty high ground. If it gets that high, an old guy named Noah will come by and pick me up.
The Des Moines area is recovering pretty well from the floods. They learned their mistakes in the floods we had in 1993, and corrected them. Cedar Rapids, Iowa took the worst hit, this times. |

I am fine, Don. For now.
Sulpicio Lines had f sea disasters in 4 years. The first was in 1987 wherein 4000 Filipinos perished ~~~~ more than double the number of the casualties of Titanic in 1921.
They have to pay for that they have done.
This morning, the Phil Navy opened the exposed hull of the ship! Brace yourself, there were dead bodies all over.
Damn! this is a bad say for all Filipinos!
Everyone is crying on this tragedy that could have been easily avoided! |

Yes, bad day, indeed, for the Filipinos!The owners of Sulpicio Lines are now washing their dirty hands and shifting the responsibility to the typoon!!!!
Our President is in the USA now!!! Worst, some of the congressmen of the districts that were hardly hit by the typoon are with Her Excellency!!!!
They don't even bother to return to the Philippines and see the situation of thier respective consitituents!
~~~~~~~~~ because these congressmen will watch the forthcoming boxing fight of Manny Pacman Pacquiao this Sunday!!!
Damn these politicians!!
Damn, this is insane!! |
