Well after a bad experience with a distant curtain maker I located a seamstress at work to make some curtains for Jenny... I never had any curtains in the bus and I'm wondering what kind of thing is needed to attached to the rail above the sliding door? It has little plastic bead looking things in the rail, what am I looking for to hook into them? Any sources?
Thanks!

Isn't "doohickey" one word?
I think that a doo hickey is what we got when kissing in high school. |

Ok, my Mom is helping me make new curtains for my '70 Westy. I have the little plastic runners like Dead 1 pictured above, and I have the metal curtain hooks from GoWesty just like rsorak linked above.
The question: How the heck do the curtain hooks get attached to the curtains - compared to any other curtain hook I've ever used, these seem to result in the hook being upside down! In the originals, was each individual hook sewn to the curtain?
Thanks,
Andy |

Many thanks, Busdaddy and Bigbore :)
After a total removal of all furniture and replacement of all the vinyl and curtains, I'm going to start putting it all back together today!

I got mine at Go Westy and they gave me 10. Anyone know if there is anything at the end of the curtain rail that prevents the little sliders from coming off? |

Thanks Big Bore, I was looking at that picture trying to figure that out. That little guy was hiding way up in the corner! |

| Thanks @skid. Did you sew the sliders directly to the fabric? If so, how? |

| Yep, I just hand stitched them. I don't know if you can do that with a sewing machine. |
