Hello, Is there anywhere here on Samba or other sources on KDF or very early split parts by part numbers ? I just received several boxes of early nos split items with cog wheels and early VW logos. I’m trying to identify some of the items but I’m not familiar with some of the part numbers any leads would be a great help Thanks.

Does anybody know what these fit? I have searched every thing I could with no luck. I was thinking steering column tube the half round bracket that holds the tube to dash. But the numbers don’t match up. I was thinking ft suspension grommets but too flat. Does somebody know… The 1st number might be a 7 or a 1

The first number looks to be 7.
Main Group 7 means:
Frame, Hand and Foot control assemblies

What are the dimensions?

In my August, 1954 parts book:
I don't have that listed but 719 5XX are parts related to the accelerator pedal and cable assembly. Maybe something having to do with the pedal assembly?

They are 2 inches in diameter, a little over half inch wide & 1/4th inch thick. There is a very thin inter lip on the inside bottom. Holding it in your hand at first glance it looks like a steering shaft grommet.
With the cog wheel and weird numbers it could be off a Kdf ,Kubel or Schwimmwagen?
I have a spare parts book almost 300 pages for 1952 nothing. I don't believe they could fit on a petal assy, unless for some type of water proof?
I love a mystery but this ones got me I give up.
