since we all spent our bread into restoration, upholding or moving our dub's I think this marketing idea is pretty clever:

Jack in the Crack is running a commercial that y'll receive 2 free tacos by just presenting your gas receipt -

It's free and 'why not'?

Drinking the gas would be easier on your constitution.

Even for free I wouldn't eat that dog-sh*t.

I love Jack in the Box tacos...

I was banned for life from Jack in the Box in 1976.

It was, in fact, over a taco meal. Things got badly out of hand. It was at the one on National Blvd. in St. Louis, but I have always assumed the manager was speaking for the entire Jack in the Box Corporation.

Fuckin Right Taco's from the jack are the shit.

Easier way to do it, is to raise a garden. But then you do have to WORK to raise a garden.

I miss Jack in the Box. They pulled out east of the Mississippi about 20 years ago when some kid from here died of salmonella after eating one of their burgers.

I did manage to go to one when I was in Texas some time ago and the tacos tasted exactly the same. I was happy to hear they are moving back east.

i ate 6 monster tacos and a sourdough burger yesterday for lunch. =P~

DeathBus Thu Jun 26, 2008 10:57 am

The trade off for hours spent on the toilet would make it a bad deal.

Kuncle said it best, they are the shit, literally.

Damn good food but its like eating a hot bag of prunes and avacado salad. Splippery fast

DubStyle Thu Jun 26, 2008 2:21 pm

I'm with crofty! I'd rather drink gas than eat them nasty ass tacos! Now a yumbo yack or Utimate Chess Burger w/a pecksi would be nice!

dquattlebum Thu Jun 26, 2008 4:39 pm

heres a link to a commercial from 1976 about tacos... http://ocmexfood.blogspot.com/2008/06/free-tacos-at-jack-in-box.html

Mr. Loaf Fri Jun 27, 2008 3:33 am

Yeah, they sold tacos in 76. Used to go there around midnight and get 10 for $1.00 or pretty close to that. Great for the munchies.................

ho-dad Fri Jun 27, 2008 5:00 am

I think the Jack in the Crack opened out here in '72 and they used to sell burritos - since they were deep-fried they were more like chimichangas - yum! They were open until 3am for all us drunken high school kids.

dquattlebum Fri Jun 27, 2008 7:01 am

I broke down and got some last night... So Good...
