Hey all.. I found this spark plug tube on a Early Engine I bought today... it is EXTRA Long.. about 6 inches longer than a regular 25hp/36hp one... has NO gap down the back.. so its a solid tube.. and despite the pics does look machine made...
Question...... is it VW? another car? or Homemade junk? :) Anyone ever seen one this long?

Could be another car. Running the plug wires in tubes was not unique to VW. A few years ago I helped out on the resto of a 1939 Alfa. It's wires ran in a tube similar to a VW one. |
