I just wanted to take a minute to thank everyone on here that has given me advice and answered my questions in the past. I have a 71 Fasty. my spouse dies tragically two nights ago and I am forced to sell all my toys and projects. I will miss my car but just hope it goes to someone with the time and funds to restore her. She is listed in the Samba classifieds. I am motivated to sell due to my circumstances. If you know anyone interested please let me know. Thank you, Lake.

Wow, I'm not sure what to say. Sorry for your loss, vw's can come and go but family is the most important thing ever.

VW's may come and go, and be forgotten. But a spouse will be remembered forever. I am deeply saddened at your loss. My prayers are with you.

You have my sincerest condolences. God be with you and yours at this most tragic and difficult time.

What is to be said, but how sorry I am. I recently lost a very close friend, but that pales in comparison to loosing your spouse. I hope you are able to sell the car quickly and my condolences to you and yours at this trying time.

I know it is hard, but try to remember the good times--it is how our loved ones live on--in our memories.

Find solace in your faith and your family, and we will always be here for you, too.

Josh
