Just put in a new engine in my 1985 Vanagon. I'm using Prestone (yellow) antifreeze. Should I be using this new antifreeze I've heard about?

| I always use the pink stuff dexcool. prestone 5 150 believe. it needs to be phosphate free and safe for aluminum |

| If it doesn't say phosphate free, it probably isn't. Use phosphate free and DISTILLED water. |
