| sometimes when im reversing the engine knocks and when i hit bumps it does it sometimes, it rarely does it when i start to go in first too, usually on rough starts. im thinking a loose engine mount? like the engine is bouncing, the car vibrates alot when its idling too |

This is where the rear mounts are. There is one on the other side also. Jack up the car and push up on the motor. If these move they're broken. Motor has to come out to change them cause they are attached with the two nuts you see and two more on the inside of the tranny.

I changed my front mount pretty easy with the engine in. If it's gone your stick shift will move up when you feel the bump.
