It’s the first annual MVD Beach Bash

We have made an arrangement to host a VW event at the Postcard Inn Resort, next to the Tiki Bar in Islamorada FL, Saturday August 25th 2012. Miami V-Dubs will be allowed to use Rum Runners Beach, bordering the water to park our VW’s. This area could hold up to 60 cars. In order for this to happen MVD must block a minimum amount of rooms, given the hotel a guaranty that those rooms will be rented for a minimum of one night. An area of the hotel parking lot will be blocked off for secured overnight parking of our vehicles.

MVD will receive 20% Off the regular room Rate, in room coffee, wireless internet, use of beach chairs, beach towel and access to pool and beach areas, local phone calls, local and national newspapers in the lobby, Beachside Event Parking (till 4pm), overnight secured parking, use of Rum Runners Bar, Tiki Bar and all Holiday Isle resort venues, Early check-in, at no additional charge based on availability, with your one night stay. FYI: The rate is valid for several days prior and following the event should anyone want stay longer.

The general idea will be as follows:
Meet at Tropical Park at 8am on Saturday August 25th 2012
Depart: 8:30am Cruise to Islamorada FL. (ETA 11am)

Sunday August 26th 2012
Cruise back to Miami
Depart: TBD
