if you're talking about the stuff gowesty sprays on the bottoms of their vans (and around t he wheelwells) it's basically the same stuff used for spray on bedliners. There's a company called Line-x that has some franchises where you can have it done professionally. Runs about $750 in these parts (so cal.)

Couldn't ya do it yourself with something from Home Depot? I think I would Pressure or Steam the dirt, oil, grease, etc... Let it dry for a day.. Protect the outer paint and with the wheels off... start spraying.

Actually i was talking about the black exterior trim that goes on the outside of the wheel well.
It's a black trim piece.
thanks for the underside idea, that's a good one also.

The rubber fender flares that cam e on 16" Syncro? If you can find a set, they will be very expensive!! More inflated than the rubber floors that came in the cheaper stripped down vans.

I was in Arkansas on a trout fishing trip and saw a whole truck painted in the rhino line. Looked pretty neat. I know there is some good deer hunting there and driving your truck in some bad spot <trees> that would do a number on your paint job. so it kinda made since. But hey had to pay a bunch for that.

I know a kid from work that has a Geo Tracker hardtop with which he did the same thing. Rhino-lined the entire body. Looks pretty different, and hides all the rust so he can pass inspection.

My rig has the molding I think you're asking about. I bought it with the wheel well molding on it so I don't know if it's stock or not.
