| i am doing my brakes on my bug and wanted to know if theres is supposed to be a tiny hole in the brake fluid canister cap? |

| You mean the reservior up front? Yes, that lets air escape as fluid returns to the reservior when you let up on the pedal, and lets air in to replace fluid volume as you press down. Make sure it isn't clogged. |
