My 2110 turbo motor is not firing correctly on 3&4 side. The AFR is reading lean. When I pull 3&4 leads off, the engine doesn't really react, when repeated on 1&2 engine dies.

So far I've:

*Swapped plugs and leads around
*Checked for blocked idles and blown compressed air through carbs
*Checked points
*Checked for exhaust leaks
*Checked valves
*Adjust L/H side carb speed, it adjusts RPM but still have problem.
*Fuel pressure 3psi at idle

Not sure whether this is linked but my rockers loosened and came off whilst driving. I checked the pushrods weren't bent and the rocker arms are opening and closing correctly. Obviously the lean AFR would suggest lack of fuel but I'm running out of ideas. The engine seems to rev cleanly. Any suggestions?

You probably have a vacuum leak on that side...check you manifold bolts on that side, and maybe spray some carb cleaner around that area of the manifold to see if the engine changes rpm.

Did you find your problem? I don't know if this helps I had a similar problem I had a dist shaft that was bent the points adjusted fine but when it turned two of them was not firing right, too much point gap or not enough. Take the dist. out rotor out take a look inside turn it by hand you will see it if it's to one side more. Took me a while to find it drove me nuts.
Good luck

I'm betting on the rag in the intake end. On a serious note have you done a compression test and leak down test on the offending cylinders?
