I have three different style throttle bodies. From what I gather:
1. Is for the the early (thru Jan '76) Electrically-controlled, Vacuum-operated EGR system. NOTE: The exhaust gas recirculating pipe connects directly to the Throttle Body, not the Intake Air Distributor
2. Is for the later Mechanically-controlled, Mechanically-operated EGR system. NOTE: There are two vacuum ports on this throttle body.
3. This is the mystery one. It does not have either the throttle valve switch or the roller activated micro-switch. It also only has one vacuum port. Was the micro-switch relocated at some point? Is mine simply missing?
Any help with this mystery would be appreciated. |

Anyone have a picture of a '79 federal/automatic throttle body?
Is there a difference between the '79 auto and manual throttle body?
Also a picture of the plenum '79.
Any part numbers would be great. Thanks. |

| Whack me in the back of the head. Ratwell has the '79 with 8 million pictures. Sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees. |
