I have an issue with my carbs,
The bolt that holds the fuel banjo to the carb (on the side) keeps coming loose.
The first time fuel sprayed everywhere and have obviously been checking since.....
I took it out for a 20 mile blast wednesday, gone to garage today and although not loose, i could torque them up a bit with the spanner,
Should i be loctite'ing them in (i dont think so) or am i not going tight enough (worried about stripping threads)
Any ideas? |

| There should be a sealing washer on the banjo. |

Hi,
Yes they have a fibre washer each side of the banjo.

| What about using some tie wire and a small hole through the bolt head. |
